How to Bind and Use Your XIZON AI Noise-Canceling Lavalier Microphone
Share
The XIZON lavalier mic is plug-and-play: open the box, plug in the receiver, and record. Follow these steps for first-time setup and everyday use.
---
Step 1 — Unbox & Power On
1. Open the charging case and take out TX (clip-on mic) and RX (phone plug).
2. TX auto-powers on when removed from the case.
3. On power-up, TX enters pairing mode: LED flashes red & blue alternately (pairing).
4. RX turns on when plugged into your phone (Lightning/Type-C).
> Android tip: Some phones require enabling OTG in system settings.
---
Step 2 — Auto Pair & Indicator
With RX plugged in, TX and RX auto-pair.
Paired successfully: indicators show solid green.
If TX doesn’t pair within ~3 minutes, it auto powers off (turn it on again to retry).
Can’t pair? See Step 7 (Manual Pairing).
---
Step 3 — Wear & Place Correctly
Clip TX on your collar, about 15–20 cm (6–8 in) from your mouth.
Keep the mic facing you (do not point it backward or cover the opening).It can also support magnetic suction or neck hanging, etc.
Avoid zippers, buttons, and jewelry to reduce friction noise; use the windscreen outdoors.
---
Step 4 — Choose Your Sound Mode (Single-Press to Cycle)
Press the TX multi-function key once to cycle through modes. The LED color tells you the active mode:
Green = Standard Noise Reduction
Everyday filtering for offices/classrooms; balanced, clear voice.
Yellow = AI Noise Cancellation
Real-time separation of voice and ambient noise for streets, wind, conferences.
Blue = High-Fidelity Mode
Minimal processing for the most natural, full-band voice.
---
Step 5 — Mute & Reverb (Quick Effects)
Mute / Unmute: Double-press TX key → Red LED always on= Muted (double-press again to exit).
---
Step 6 — Record, Playback & Monitor
Start shooting/recording in your phone or app as usual.
After recording, play back immediately without removing RX to confirm audio quality.
If level is low on computers, use an external audio interface for proper gain.
